Graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 1997 and got MA degree in Sociology. In 2002-2003 she was studying at Social Sciences Support Program (under Open Society Georgia Foundation), majoring in sociology, political sciences and international relations. From 2004-2007 she was working in Central Election Commission of Georgia, in Training and Capacity Building Department. She was taking part in projects (funded by UNDP, IFES, etc) related to voter and election administration education. In 2009, she was working at Caucasus University, Caucasus School of Business, as a manager at Career Development Centre. Her activity field covered trainings and education, organization of wide-scale events, such as Job Fair 2009. From May 2009 she is working at the Institute for Social Studies and Analysis as expert-analyst. Parallely, from September 2011 she is working as research consultant at Chemonics International (Education management Program (USAID)).
