Study of overall social profile of the population of Kvemo Kartli region, 2012

The aim of the project was to study the socio-economic conditions of population of Kvemo Kartli regions. Furthermore, the research revealed the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of various regional events, implemented projects, interest bearing institutions and structures. The study was based on qualitative and quantitative research methods. Within the project several focus groups were conducted with the population, representatives of governmental and non-governmental structures. The quantitative research included face-to-face interviews (Sample was 3000 interview). Institute of Social Studies and Analysis designed questionnaire, conducted field work, computerized the data and wrote the analytical report of the study.
